Job Description
Your main responsibility as a sales advisor will be to assist customers with their purchases of home appliances, kitchen and bathroom accessories, and to actively promote the range of products and services offered. You will also be asked to provide after-sales follow up and service. You will have to establish a relationship of trust with customers by being attentive to their needs and providing them a personalized service in order to increase their level of satisfaction.
Tasks related to the position
Customer service
- Greeting clients
- Provide information on products or services they wish to purchase
- Inform clients about the use and maintenance of appliances
- Provide advice on specialized products or services
- Prepare quotes
- Produce invoices and sales contracts
- Explain the terms of payment, warranties and store policies
- Sell and register extended warranties
- Check the items sold
- Assist customers during pick-up
- Answer call from customers
Inventory
- Ensure proper inventory management
- Accurately document the items sold
- Ensure accurate labeling of products
- Forward parts orders to the sales coordinator
- Replenish the store as items are sold
- Other related tasks
